I met up with Jon Myers, Head of Search for MediaVest, at a recent Online Marketing Show in London. Jon has been involved in Search for almost 10 years and and has seen the industry grow dramatically during that time.

I chatted to Jon about his background and current role ( he runs a team of twenty three search people!) plus I also asked him to offer some advice for people considering a job or career move into the search engine industry.
